Seeking a dynamic physical therapist to provide outstanding care in an outpatient orthopedic and neuro setting. As part of a reputable acute care hospital known for clinical excellence, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a variety of cases while contributing to a strong tradition of delivering world-class patient experiences. The role focuses on supporting patients throughout their rehabilitation journey by implementing evidence-based therapy and assessing progress with compassion and clinical expertise.

Schedule/Hours:

Contract position
Orientation dates available throughout the year (consult for specific start availability)

Qualifications:

Current, valid Physical Therapist license
Experience in outpatient orthopedic and neuro settings preferred
Strong assessment, diagnosis, and patient evaluation skills
Dedication to providing personalized and attentive care
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for orthopedic and neuro outpatient cases
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life
Track and document patient progress, adjusting therapy as needed to achieve optimal results
Educate patients and families on exercises, rehabilitation, and ongoing wellness
Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to ensure comprehensive patient support
Maintain compliance with facility protocols and standards for patient safety
